Tasting Notes

2.25 barrels made, with 70% whole bunch vinification. Medium purple, the nose is pleasingly fragrant, perhaps the whole bunch bringing forward the aromatics, pink fruit, roses, very engaging, fills the mouth while treading daintily. Gorgeous long finish.
