Corton Charlemagne, Jean-Marc Roulot 2022

Tasting Notes

Here moderate reduction is enough to push everything but a hint of green apple to the background. The succulent and more energetic broad-shouldered flavors possess a seductive mouthfeel along with an almost aggressive minerality that adds a sense of lift to the focused and muscular but less powerful finish. This is also very impressive and a wine that should age gracefully over the next 10 to 15 years. Note: from Le Charlemagne
