A bottling that’s home to the young vines (as well as much of the clos's Merlot) from the Clos de Marquis, whose vineyards sit further inland from the Gironde than those of Léoville-Las Cases itself, the 2019 La Petite Marquise exhibits aromas of plums, spices and loamy soil, followed by a medium to full-bodied, ample and charming palate built around lively acids and supple tannins.
