Tasting Notes

A fleshy dark ruby-colored wine, with sweet black currant, tobacco, and cedary notes, this nicely-textured wine has well-integrated wood, supple tannins, and an attractive, relatively lush finish. It is not especially concentrated or profound, but it is mainstream and appealing.

Deep crimson. Solid, chewy, non-manipulated wine. Lots of quite aggressive tannins. Almost edible rather than drinkable! (Drink between 2010-2020)
