All in tank at the moment, and may not be switched to wood. A vast volume, with a slightly oily texture at the moment, but a comforting weight of fruit with very precise acidity at the back. Another first rate Billaud-Simon Preuses in the making. Drink from 2027-2032.
Quite a rich nose and lots of tension. In a funny way this is the most approachable of these Billaud-Simon 2021s because there is such a weight of fruit to counterbalance the (high) acidity. Fun already though not nearly at its apogee. Drink: 2024-2040.
