Moderately prominent amounts of oak and menthol can be found on the spicy aromas of poached plum, lilac and dark raspberry. The sleek, refined and appealingly mineral-laden flavors possess a more refined texture before culminating in a firm, serious and built-to-age finish. This well-made effort will also need at least a few years of cellaring to soften as it's presently relatively tightly wound.
