From two well-placed plots, next to the Clos des 60 ouvrées and Domaine Lafarge. Rich deep colour with a firm core to the centre. The bouquet offers notable dark fruit though still pinot in style. The Caillerets is a bit riper than most of the stable in the mouth, but still giving significant pleasure, with some black cherry notes. There is fine length here and I think this will come good over a longer period.
