Tasting Notes

The 2023 Chassagne-Montrachet Village has a fresh bouquet that I much prefer to the 2022, livelier and fresher. The palate is well-balanced with a sapid entry, a little mint-fresh with a playful, citrus finish. (Drink between 2026-2033)

Very pale colour. A fresh chiselled stony white fruit on the nose. Pure fresh apple and pear, quite concentrated, a little bit of citrus, middleweight with good persistence.
