Tasting Notes

The last plot before Chambertin. Aged in a mix of eggs and barrel. A fairly intense crimson purple, with a softer bouquet of a darker raspberry fruit, then something interestingly peppery alongside some full floral characters, and there is an impressive grip at the finish. A fine and very long aftertaste to complete. Drink from 2032-2040.
