A notably brighter colour, closer to purple, with the fruit much more present. Robust raspberry, slightly fresher redcurrants too, correct fruit acid balance and the oak not too prominent. Good depth behind. Drink from 2027-2033.
Cask sample. Lighter nose than the Porrets and marked freshness and less obvious tannin. Quite a charmer already!
