Dense purple with a deep succulent dark raspberry fruit, quite thickly textured. 15% whole bunch fermentation, there was no room for more, but that is enough to give a real lift, raspberry and strawberry much fresher on the plate and stretches out brilliantly for a really persistent finish. Tasted: November 2019.
