Healthy dark red. Blackberry, violet, rose petal and licorice on the nose; more Clos Vougeot than Chambolle-Musigny in character (this climat lies between Clos Vougeot and Chambolle Amoureuses). Concentrated and dense but with a light touch. Quite youthfully bound up today, showing a faint saline quality. A black-fruit style of this wine, with serious tannins. Classy juice.
Deep crimson. Sweet, charming fruit. Extreme charm and freshness. Very winning. Such charm and fruit! Good freshness underneath shows it really is worth keeping this! 2019 - 2028
