Made by Richard Kershaw MW, the King of South African Chardonnay, this comes from three blocks at Lothian planted with the 25% 76, 95 and 348 Burgundy clones. The 25% new wood is stylishly integrated here, complementing a palate that’s textured, refreshing and lightly toasty with citrus, gunflint and toffee fudge flavours and the acidity that comes with a cool climate. 2027-32
