Tasting Notes

15% in older wood. 12 hl/ha. Glowing pale lemon colour. Light in bouquet but with a good even balance of fresh stony fruit across the palate, a light lemon touch, a fraction of iodine, gracefully nuanced. A delicious light to medium bodied Chablis. A fine finish. Drink from 2026-2029.
