A fresher and slightly cooler nose offers up moderately high-toned aromas of spice earth and red currant. The racy and intense flavors aren't especially dense, but they are well-delineated while delivering reasonably good depth and persistence on the dusty and sneaky long finale. (Drink starting 2025)
There are two plots in slightly different settings within La Comme, with 30% whole bunches on one of them, whose influence you can spot on the nose and in the mouth. Also some chocolate notes, as the vineyard suffered a bit in the heat. Not together at the moment and firm structure behind.
