This is wonderfully elegant with superb aromatic purity and depth that speaks of notably cool red and black pinot fruit, rose petal, anise, clove and cinnamon hints. The complexity doesn't stop with the nose either as the intensely mineral-driven flavors also possess outstanding depth, all wrapped in a tension-filled and explosive finish. A classic Beaux Monts that is built on its minerality. Note that this is already displaying more depth than I originally foresaw as well as a bit more structure as well. As a consequence I have raised my rating slightly as well as extended my initial drinking window as well. Exceptionally promising juice.
