**Note: a monopole of the domaine**
This restrained effort is both more complex and a bit riper with its layered nose of violets, dark berries and distinct earth nuances. There is good power and intensity to the tautly muscular and solidly well-concentrated flavors that are firmly structured though there is less rusticity present than usual. As is often the case with this youthfully austere wine it will require at least a decade to reach its full potential.
