Here the nose is more deeply pitched with lightly spiced and earth-infused aromas that run more toward the blue and black side of the fruit spectrum. There is ample punch and lovely detail to the intensely mineral-driven medium weight flavors that possess both good richness and volume before concluding in a moderately austere finish that is trimmed in noticeable wood.
