Wonderfully wild, sauvage, indeed even exotic fruit with big, rich, tannic flavors displaying an earthy intensity with big-scaled tannins that are so buffered by the copious extract that the flavors seem velvety rather than tannic. A very impressive effort and offers real goût de terroir.
