Tasting Notes

A wine of more humble origins compared to “Fleur de Passion”, a blend of juice from Cuis and Epernay. When first released, astringency and firm fruit were the order of the day. Lately, a lot creamier and showing positive evolution: the acidity is still bracing as one would expect, but complexity is building. A solid effort.
