Very ripe liqueur-aromas of black cherry, earth and menthol give way to vibrant and incredibly dense, succulent and velvety flavors that culminate in a youthfully austere and lingering finale. In much the same fashion as the Bourgogne, this is most impressive in its fashion but it's so atypical that it's difficult to assess. (Drink starting 2028)
