A slightly fresher nose features notes of green apple, petrol, citrus confit and an elegant floral wisp. Like the Bourgogne, the bigger-bodied flavors possess excellent volume and mid-palate density along with plenty of sappy dry extract that imparts an attractive texture while buffering a moderately firm acid spine supporting the nicely persistent finish. What this isn't is especially complex so I would suggest cellaring the 2020 CC for at least 5 years first.
