A slightly more deeply pitched and earthier nose reflects plenty of floral influence along with wood and menthol hints. The is a beguiling texture to the tension-filed, detailed and more mineral-driven broad-shouldered flavors that also conclude in a firm, serious, austere and moderately rustic finale. This is very Corton in character and a wine that's going to need extended keeping before it will be ready for prime time. (Drink starting 2035)
