Here the somewhat funky nose is dominated by wood toast and firm reduction. Otherwise there is a lovely vibrancy to the noticeably less concentrated flavors that evidence good minerality on the bitter lemon rind-inflected finish that is clean and dry though a bit short. With that said, my sense is that this will ultimately come together.
