This too is reticent and a bit grumpy aromatically with plenty of earth and underbrush suffusing the somber pinot fruit though the rich, full and impressively scaled flavors offer excellent complexity and fine underlying material as the finish is almost surprisingly supple, even elegant and is both balanced and harmonious.
