The 2007 Tokaji Aszu Nyulaszo 6-Puttonyos has one of the most refined, understated bouquets from the Royal Tokaji Company. Just sit back and watch it unfold before your senses. It is equipped with a Pandora's box of intoxicating aromas of lemon curd and Manuka honey, melted wax and honeysuckle revealed later. The palate is rich and powerful with intense, tangy marmalade and quince fruit. Compared to the Birsalmas, this has much more tension and energy in every mouthful, the finish supremely well-focused, with a long, spicy aftertaste. This is an absolute joy.
