Tasting Notes

53% destemmed, 47% whole bunches. A lovely depth of colour, with a high-class nose, dark raspberry fruit to the fore. Sweetish raspberry and strawberry on the palate, a little pepper behind, still finding its way, with a slightly drier though persistent finish. Drink from 2027-2033

Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, December 2022

Beautiful aromas of citrus, botanicals, white pepper, mezcal and a hint of juniper. It turns rosy in the glass, with vivid grilled grapefruit and raciness from the wild raspberries. Elegant, fresh and agile, with a medium body and a long, composed finish. The texture is supple and shows whole-cluster charm. So enjoyable and balanced. You can wait on this, but it’s hard to say no at the moment. Drink or hold.
