Just 80 litres made, in its own special barrel. Mid purple. Wow! What an explosive bouquet. Raspberry and, fancifully, griottine cherries. Really remarkable. The fruit was clearly properly ripe, as the cherries deepen and darken, with even the faintest of chocolate notes. Then some white pepper from the intracellular aspect. Magnificent length and detail together, brilliant, with such precision. Drink from 2027-2040.
