Cool and ultra-pure aromas include those of spiced Granny Smith apples, lemon rind, crushed fennel and a floral top note. There is outstanding volume to the caressing but punchy and very dense larger-bodied flavors that brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract while delivering strikingly good length on the very dry, bone-dry and exquisitely well-balanced finale. I was knocked out by just how good this is and the '21 CC is potentially the best Roumier CC in years.
