Here the wood influence is a bit more prominent and includes a mentholated top note to the much spicier and more floral but less earth-inflected red berry fruit aromas. There is superb delineation to the overtly stony medium weight flavors that conclude in an elegant, classy and lingering finish that is shaped by almost delicate fine-grained tannins. This is really lovely and worth checking out. Drink: 2031+
