Tasting Notes

The 2021 Chambrates is an intriguing, characterfully flavored wine. A distinctive minty character meets fennel and pear and then a blackcurrant hint. While there's no doubting the acidity in this wine, it's balanced and offers a gentleness on the palate, providing a touch of weight and roundness to this light-bodied style. Drink 2023-2027.
