Rich, textured and totally beguiling, the 2008 stands out for its depth and sheer pedigree. Chamomile, savory herbs, dried flowers and mint are some of the many notes that are layered into the finish laced with slate, smoke, anise and a host of other pure, mineral-infused aromas and flavors.
