Tasting Notes

Firm reduction entirely masks the nose today. More interesting are the energetic medium weight flavors that once again possess a really lovely texture before terminating in a superbly persistent, balanced and super-clean finale. This chiseled effort should drink well both young and with age. (Drink starting 2028)
