Tasting Notes

Reduction overshadows the underlying fruit though there is good verve and detail to the relatively refined medium-bodied flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the tightly wound bitter pit fruit-inflected finish. Patience strongly advised. (Drink starting 2030)
