A timid but exceptionally pretty and elegant nose features notes of red and dark pinot fruit, exotic tea, soy, hoisin and violet along with an interesting hint of dried orange peel. The middleweight flavors possess a gorgeous mouthfeel that is pure silk while delivering superb depth and persistence on the impeccably well-balanced and quite firm finale. This is seriously good and I would strongly recommend allowing this beauty at least a decade of keeping.
