Tasting Notes

The 2018 Langhe Nebbiolo captures all the finesse and subtle nuance that I love with this vintage. Pale ruby in color, it opens to a perfume of wild strawberries, herbes de Provence, fennel, and dusty earth. Medium-bodied, it floats on the palate effortlessly, with refreshing acidity, ultra fine tannins and a squeaky clean, mineral-inflected finish. This is a lovely wine if you can get your hands on it. Drink 2024-2032.
