Tasting Notes

Cedar, conserved cherries and dried flowers. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with gentle, caressing red fruit and polished yet firm, precise tannins that turn silky towards the finish. Drink or hold.

Mid ruby with the beginning of orange tinges. A pure, sweet-sour cherry nose with a hint of black pepper and gaining in depth with aeration. Lots of juice on the palate and youthful and fresh with fine, gravelly tannins. Perfectly balanced and elegant yet with plenty of stuffing for a long life. Energetic finish. Drink: 2028-2040
