Tasting Notes

The 2023 Château-Grillet is outstanding, opening with pronounced linden blossom, just-ripe white peach, lemon peel and sparks of wet stone. Medium-bodied at most, the layered 2023 feels so light it almost dances on the palate, offering stunningly fresh clarity as well as immaculate balance as it settles with elegant persistence on a subtly salty, elongated finale. What a beauty! Drink: 2027 - 2040
