The 2023 Pedreira was produced with the grapes from a vineyard planted in 1914. The wine is austere, a little closed, today not showing the perfume of the others but with a fine-boned palate, tasty, with fine-grained tannins and a supple, long and dry finish. The grapes were picked the 19th of September and fermented with foot-trodden full clusters in plastic bins and matured in neutral 228-liter barrels for one year. It comes in at 12.85% alcohol and has a pH of 3.47 and 5.53 grams of acidity. 540 bottles and 12 magnums. It was bottled in November 2024.
