Tasting Notes

Moreau produced 350 liters of the 2019 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru, a wine that was fermented in a new large barrel before being racked to a three-year-old barrel to finish its élevage on the lees. Offering up inviting aromas of crisp orchard fruit, mint, nutmeg and baking spices, it's full-bodied, satiny and layered, with a bright, chiseled profile and fine depth at the core.
