Tasting Notes

The 2022 Condrieu Invitare comes from the northern part of the Condrieu (there's a splash from vines near Limony). It's an outstanding wine, offering pretty orange, quince, and floral notes as well as a kiss of minerality. Balanced and medium-bodied, it has a bright, refreshing profile and a great finish. Drink bottles over the coming 5-7 years or so.

A weighty nose that has a creamy nectarine and peach Melba note. The palate is ripe and rich but also shows surprising freshness. Dense and layered palate with a slight grilled-almond hint. A long and rich unctuous finish with a floral note beneath. Attractive and really well balanced for this warm and ripe vintage. 2025-2031
