Tasting Notes

Pale colour, sherbert lemon and confit citrus on the nose, melding the appellations natural steeliness and the vintage's generosity. There is a honeyed peach note on the palate but the backbone of acidity keeps everything in check. Lightly nutty with a subtle hit of wood spice, this is well balanced with an impressive finish.
