30% whole bunch vinification for this small cuvée. Fine bright fresh purple. Plenty of generous fruit here, lifted raspberries, very generous, this has not dried out at all (which can be a risk for Bonnes mares in hot dry years). A little bit savoury at the back with the crushed strawberries. Drink from 2032-2038. Tasted: October 2023.
