Medium deep crimson. The nose is very forthcoming, quite Chambolle in style which is not always the case with Baudes. On the palate one can find a bit more of the wilder more structured aspect of the proximity to Morey. A mix of fresher and darker red fruit, some tannins to finish. Drink from 2030-2036. Tasted: October 2023.
Bright red colour with soft plummy fruit on the nose. The palate shows more lift, with high notes of cherry blossom alongside more generous red berry fruit. Hints of violets and wood spice come through on a slick, silky finish.
