Richebourg, Domaine du Clos Frantin 2017

Tasting Notes

The 2017 Richebourg Grand Cru offers precocious red cherries, orange blossom and tobacco, almost Romanée-Saint-Vivant in style. The palate is well balanced with fine structure. I like the firmness and backbone, and the grip on the finish. Not the finest Richebourg I have encountered this vintage, but certainly a wine of good breeding. 2023-2040
