Firm reduction blocks an evaluation of the nose today. On the plus side there is equally good richness and power to the big-bodied flavors though the supporting acidity is slightly firmer plus the mouth feel of the impressively persistent finish is a bit finer. This is not exactly a classically style Porusots but it is still very clearly built-to-age and unlike most of the preceding wines, this big boy is going to need at least a few years of cellaring first.
