A light tawny / gold colour. The nose has aromas of sherry with hints of almonds and wood-smoke. The palate is sweeter than the nose suggests, with a host of flavours - earl grey tea, salted caramel, burnt lemon etc. Long and complex. It's hard not to keep sipping this. Sweet but fresh and multi-dimensional.
