(Willi Schaefer Graacher Domprobst Riesling Spätlese Auction #13) AP: 13 13. This juicy wine is all about complex yellow fruits, herbs and smoky slate. Some great zesty acidity brings freshness to the deep multi-layered feel on the palate of this deliciously playful and not overly sweet wine. The finish is just crisp yet very long, making it an utterly drinkable in a light Auslese-style. 2022-2037
