Tasting Notes

Good bright medium red. High-pitched aromas of raspberry, flowers and spices. Penetrating, dry and tight; even a bit youthfully clenched today. This opened with air to show a silkier texture and an almost liqueur-like dark raspberry flavor but its dry finish and firm tannic spine call for some patience.

Lively, delicate, rather fragile and reverberant. Chock full of fruit and flavour. Good dry chew on the finish. Food wine. Confident. 14%
