Tasting Notes

In 1997 Jean-Marie and Maine Guffens purchased Chateau des Tourettes near the village of Apt in Northern Provence. The vines are planted at an altitude of 420 metres. This 100% Syrah cuvée is named after his grandfather - Tinus. Hand-harvested and aged in 1 year old oak for 18 months.
